Meet Our Team
Reese Perkins, OwnerI have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. I have a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. After many years working on heavy civil and industrial projects, I decided to follow my dream by becoming self-employed performing residential renovation work. Mostly using my own hands, I have completed three renovations in the Bangor area, including one which was a total renovation from the building frame out. This has provided me with great experience in all areas of house building and renovation. In addition, over the last few years, I have been performing repair and renovation projects for others as my time allows. Performing this work has required me to become familiar with local and national building codes, especially the International Residential Code. This experience has allowed me to be exceptionally prepared to perform home inspections. Not only do I know what to look for and what is required by code, but usually I can suggest the cause of a construction problem, as well as possible remedies and estimated cost.
